Why Pre Order?
All our products are Pre Order. This is due to the fundraising element of our brand and the fact that we do not hold stock for sustainabilty reasons. It enables us to insure we can donate as much as possible and that the donation is consistent for each centre and we also like every item to have a home so it does not end up in landfill.
What Happens:
All orders are processed on a monthly basis. The date that your order is processed for this period is Monday 1st March and delivery of your goods allowing for production (Received by Friday 19th March).
Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Goods not received
You have 80 days from the pre-order deadline date to advise if you have not received your goods. As products are sent out via Royal Mail this is the deadline for claiming compensation. Items will be either refunded or you will receive products on a 'like for like' basis and no other items will be given in compensation other than those which have been ordered.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
